    3-Day / 2-Night Retreat

• Dates: Thursday 8:00 AM – Saturday 4:00 PM

• Cost: $150 (This price is for day quilting retreat.  Lodging is available for additional fee.

• Dates: Wednesday 8:00 AM – Saturday 4:00 PM

• Cost: $200 (This price is for daily quilting retreat.  Lodging is available for additional fee.)

  Host Your Own Private Quilting Retreat

  Dreaming of a getaway filled with stitching, laughter, and quality time with your favorite quilting friends? Let Tipsy Quilters help you host a private retreat designed just for your group.

  Choose your dates, gather your crew, and enjoy the same amenities, experiences, and thoughtful extras included in our standard monthly retreats. From a comfortable creative space to all the little touches that make retreat weekends special, we handle the details so you can focus on sewing, relaxing, and making memories.

   Private Retreat (Minimum 8 people)

  4-Day Retreat — $200 per person
  3-Day Retreat — $150 per person

  Includes: Goodie bag, 1 game, meals (Brunch & Dinner; Brunch only on last day)

  Lodging (per person, per night): Deluxe Cabin $65 | Standard Cabin $50
  Lodging fees are additional and not included in retreat pricing.

  Rent the Retreat Building (Host Your Own Retreat)

  4-Day — $600 (8:00 AM first day – 4:00 PM last day)
  3-Day — $500 (8:00 AM first day – 4:00 PM last day)
  2-Day — $400 (8:00 AM first day – 4:00 PM last day)
  1-Day — $200 (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

  Includes: Full 24-hour access to retreat building & kitchen while staying

  Host Responsibilities: Provide food, goodie bags, games, prizes, and activities; all furniture must remain in place; clean retreat center after event; host assumes responsibility for accidents during private events.

  Host Lodging: Host stays at ½ price; private room occupancy is full price.
  Lodging fees are separate from building rental fees.

 Lodging Information

• On-site lodging available for just $50 per person per night for Standard Cabin
  $65 per person per night for Deluxe Cabin

• Cabin rooms sleep 2–3 guests with 1 shared bathroom

  Tipsy Quilters Retreat Cancellation Policy (Retreat & Lodging)

• 30 Days or More Before Retreat: Full refund.

• 15–29 Days Before Retreat: 50% refund.

• 14  Days or Less Before Retreat: No refund.

We understand that life happens! If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to another guest—just let us know so we can update our records.
